SHRED 45 DAY Challenge-May 2015 Challenge

WHAT? This is an opportunity to challenge yourself to get in the best shape of your life or simply get on track, lean up, and lose weight for the summer. Upon registration you will receive a basic lifestyle and training outline and food guide for your body type.

WHERE? St. Regis Bal Harbour

HOW LONG? May 15-June 30 (7:30AM Weigh-Ins, Post Tests, & After Pictures)

CHALLENGES: SHRED 45 CLASSIC, SHRED 45 PERFORMANCE

RULES & REQUIREMENTS:

1-Before pictures, weigh-in, measurements, and performance testing Friday, May 15th,

   at 7:30AM. You must register, pre-test and get your before snapshots done at the St.

   Regis Bal Harbour.

2-Simply attend a minimum of 2 beach camp classes per week AND at least 1 yoga class

   (AEROGA or Power Yoga). We recommend 5 days. For example: two days on, one day off

   or low intensity workout (yoga, bike, light run), two days on, rest.

3-After pictures, weigh-in, measurements, and performance testing done at the St. Regis Bal

   Harbour on June 30 at 7:30am.

SCORES: SHRED 45 CLASSIC – Based on percentage of bodyweight, measurements, performance Criteria (From Pre to Post Test)

 SHRED 45 PERFORMANCE – We will have awards for first place finisher and overall most improved.

FEE – $225: $25 for prize pool, $200 for unlimited access to all V classes during the challenge (No refunds or split payments)

SHRED 45 PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Challenge yourself to take your focus and fitness level higher than ever before. This is a performance based training program. The program will begin with a qualifying TIME TRIAL event based on high repetition calesthenics and a 2.5 mile beach run for best time. 45 days later we will have a racestyle event based on the same exact workout agenda as the qualifying TIME TRIAL event. Awards will be issued for first place and most improved.
