EXPERIENCE THE VLAUN METHOD
Tracie, a former Elite model turned yoga instructor, and Chris, a creative performance training and movement specialist bring their talents together to create the a program that Departures Magazine called “The Future of Fitness.”
The program is called, the Vlaun Method. This dynamic training modality harnesses the power of yoga, calisthenics, and functional fitness to bring about mind, body and spirit expansion. Throughout the retreat you’ll experience varied workouts from Tracie’s signature Aeroga Movement, a cardio-pumping yoga class, to Chris’s one of a kind beach boot camps. Each workout is designed to raise your vibrational frequency for overall optimal health. During the four-day retreat guests will also enjoy powerful workshops led by Chris and Tracie, one-on-one sessions with the couple, spa time, nutrition seminars and free time for reflection and relaxation.
