AEROGA PERFORM – PARK CITY

The AEROGA PERFORM system designed by Christopher Vlaun is similar to other Aeroga Movement formats in offering; (full spectrum bodyweight training, elements of yoga, and core power development). Beyond other Aeroga Movement systems, Aeroga Perform focusses more on the specifics of SAQ training (Speed, Agility and Quickness). Aeroga Perform is a great training model for young athletes since it is all performed using bodyweight or band resistance. The components SAQ often trained in this system are:

Speed

– Core
– Plyometrics
– Technique
– Power and Force production
– Front and Backside Mechanics

Agility

– Neuromuscular coordination
– Dynamic Flexibility
– Dynamic Postural Control
– Proprioception

Quickness

– Reaction time
– Change position with maximal force production
– Fast and appropriate response to stimuli
** This system focuses on periodized building blocks of sharp, powerful movements on the field, court, ice or snow.
