After hours of training outdoors we all know that it is paramount to replenish the body with powerful nutrition. During our high season in Miami Beach we could easily clock in 5 or more hours on the beach training. Sometimes logging in 10+ miles running along with participating in many exercises for demonstration sake or just to (get in it for the fun of it).
